The TV guide is empty
Go to Settings → TV guide → Update TV guide. If it stays empty, remove and re-add the playlist with Xtream Codes login.
Channels buffer
Restart your device, use the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band or a wired connection, and try switching the player in Settings → Playback.
"Premium not activated"
Make sure TiviMate Companion is signed in with the same account on your phone, then restart TiviMate on your TV.
