How to send a notice

If you believe that content made available through our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@subscribeiptv4k.com with the subject line "Copyright notice". Please include:

• Your name, organisation, postal address, telephone number and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• Enough detail for us to identify the material concerned (for example channel name, programme title, date and time).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on its behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every complete notice promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material concerned. We may contact you if we need more information.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, a description of the material, and a statement explaining why you believe it was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
