These terms apply when you request a trial or buy a subscription from SubscribeIPTV4K ("SubscribeIPTV4K", "we", "us"). Please read them before you order. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

SubscribeIPTV4K provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content through IPTV player apps on your own devices. Channel line-ups and content can change over time, and availability of individual channels or events is not guaranteed.

2. Free trial

We offer one free 2-hour trial per household so you can test the service before you buy. We may refuse or end trials that are used repeatedly or abusively.

3. Plans and payment

Plans are sold for a fixed period (for example 6, 12 or 24 months) at the price shown on our website when you order.
Your plan starts when we send your login details. Any bonus months included in an offer are added to that period.
There is no contract beyond the period you buy. We will contact you before your plan ends; it is only extended if you choose to renew.

4. Your account

Your login details are personal to your household. Keep them private.
You may watch on as many devices at once as your plan allows. Sharing or reselling your account is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
You are responsible for your devices, apps and internet connection.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to record, redistribute, rebroadcast or resell any content, not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and to use it only for personal, non-commercial viewing.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available 24/7, but interruptions can happen because of maintenance, third-party issues or circumstances outside our control. If an outage lasts longer than 48 hours, contact us and we will extend your plan accordingly.

7. Refunds

Every paid plan is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling your account. You can stop using the service at any time.

9. Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for problems caused by your own equipment or connection, or for events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
